Salted Caramel Protien Pancakes

Serves 1 -approx total calories 288

Ingredients:

Place ingredients into cup or bowl and mix until the consistency is runny. Pour mixture into a non stick pan and put a lid on it (this helps it cook faster and fluff it up).

Once holes have appeared in the center of the pancake, flip it over and cook until golden without the lid.

Top with 30g-60g of your favourite fruit. Today I chose 1/2 a banana, 30g of blueberries and a teaspoon of peanut butter.

Devour!
