Winter is here and it is the prime time to get your summer body! Sure it may be harder to get out initially and warm up your muscles, but, Winter is in fact the best time to be training!

You not only burn more calories and rev up your metabolism, but also your endurance and mood are elevated – who doesn’t want to feel fit and happy?

By challenging yourself in the colder weather, you are strengthening your body and stimulating your parasympathetic system (your relax and renew system). The endorphins can trigger the release of dopamine and serotonin, neurotransmitters that keep us happy, feeling good and ease depression – so embrace the cold and love the burn!
