I do actually! If you finish my program without achieving any results or you’re unsatisfied, I will give you your money back or work with you for free until you’re satisfied with your results!

Once you sign up into the program it starts straight away and is designed to trickle out each day over the 12 weeks to help form your new habits over time and not overwhelm you with information all at once. It is important you stay up to date with your program and check in every day to complete the required tasks.

If you need to go away for work or on holiday you can do 1 of 2 things, continue on with the program while away if you think you can still stay engaged with it or we can put it on hold and start it again when you are ready to continue. You will just need to let me know at least 1 week before, so I can help arrange this for you and also help you with some strategies to work with while you’re away.

Also to get the best results out of any program like this, momentum is key! So if you think you will always be away and don’t think you’ll be able to stay engaged with the program, then now might not be the right time to start a program like this. Otherwise, if you’re ready, I’m ready!

I will help you create a healthy and sustainable lifestyle. You will lose weight, but more importantly, learn how to keep it off for the rest of your life!

It is all accessed online through my “Dazza Fitness” App (available in google play and apple store) or via the members portal on my website. This means you will have access to your program and your trainer wherever you go! 

Not at all, however you will be guided all the way through with video tutorials once you gain access to the program. If you ever get stuck, you can always get in contact with me via phone, email or via the FB Support Group.

All exercises are body weight so you can complete the workouts in the comfort of your own home or anywhere you go, no gym membership required.

The workouts are split up in to full body, lower & upper body and core workouts, mixed with some cardio exercises. You will have easy/intermediate/advanced workouts to choose from and you can progress through it at your own pace.

Ideally to get the best results out of this program, I would like to you fit in at least 3 workouts a week ranging around 30-60 minutes. As you’re busy and don’t always have time for working out, I will be helping you fit in smaller workouts instead called “exercise tasks” and being more mindful of your step count which I have set up habit trackers for to help you increase your step count over time.

All workouts in the program are body weight ranging from beginner to advanced and can be completed in the comfort of your own home or where-ever you like. Whether you are just at a beginner level of fitness or advanced level I’ll have you covered and if you want me to change anything or add in custom workouts for you I can.

This in my opinion is one of the most valuable parts of the program! Think of it like a 1 on 1 Personal Training session with me, instead through online video chat. We use this to check in and make sure you are staying on track and accountable to the program. If you need extra accountability, we could even use this time to help you do one of the workouts in the program.

Every fortnight I will send an email to schedule in a coaching call with me. This will generally be a 30min video call using the “Zoom” platform (which can be downloaded and setup on any device in a matter of minutes). If you would prefer a phone call instead of video call, this can also be arranged, however I recommend a video call to ensure I can engage with you effectively.

Once you start the program, you will be given all the info you need to understand how the app works and outline any preparation requirements. Each day you will be given tasks to complete, which at first will be filling out forms to collect information from you to assist me with understanding your goals better.

Each day you will be given a task which you will be required to check off as you go, whether that will be filling out the food diary with what you ate for the day or learning about what foods you should be eating, to fitting in a workout in your day. You will be guided every step of the way each day, plus you will have me there to make you accountable and keep you on track and focused!
