“The BPFP Program” helps busy parents reach their health and fitness goals through exercise and habit-based coaching.
A successful program must be:

I will help you create a healthy and sustainable lifestyle. You will lose weight, but more importantly, learn how to keep it off for the rest of your life!
It is all accessed online through my “Dazza Fitness” App (available in google play and apple store) or via the members portal on my website. This means you will have access to your program and your trainer wherever you go!
Not at all, however you will be guided all the way through with video tutorials once you gain access to the program. If you ever get stuck, you can always get in contact with me via phone, email or via the FB Support Group.
All exercises are body weight so you can complete the workouts in the comfort of your own home or anywhere you go, no gym membership required.
The workouts are split up in to full body, lower & upper body and core workouts, mixed with some cardio exercises. You will have easy/intermediate/advanced workouts to choose from and you can progress through it at your own pace.
All workouts are available in the “Dazza Fitness” app. You will be provided with 3 workouts to complete each week with a rest day in between. Your individual plan will be updated every 4 weeks and the intensity will progressively increase as the program goes. Each workout is about 20-30mins, but if you want to do more you can, and we can talk about adjusting your goals during our coaching calls.
Every fortnight I will send an email to schedule in a coaching call with me. This will generally be a 30min video call using the “Zoom” platform (which can be downloaded and setup on any device in a matter of minutes). If you would prefer a phone call instead of video call, this can also be arranged, however I recommend a video call to ensure I can engage with you effectively.
Once you start the program, you will be given all the info you need to understand how the app works and outline any preparation requirements. Each day you will be given tasks to complete, which at first will be filling out forms to collect information from you to assist me with understanding your goals better.
Each day you will be given a task which you will be required to check off as you go, whether that will be filling out the food diary with what you ate for the day or learning about what foods you should be eating, to fitting in a workout in your day. You will be guided every step of the way each day, plus you will have me there to make you accountable and keep you on track and focused!
