No matter what age or fitness level you are, boot camps are designed to get you results.  The Dazza Fitness Boot camps have been created to give your body the ultimate workout in a fun and innovative group environment. It’s all about working at your own level with the support and motivation you need to achieve your personal goals.

Monday, Tuesday & Thursday / 6.00pm – 7.00pm

Tabata training is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, featuring exercises that last just four minutes. It’s a brutal, but rewarding four minutes and a great workout for those who are short on time, but still want to get great results.

Wednesday / 6.00pm – 6.30pm

Develop boxing techniques with dynamic high intensity drills. This all over cardio and strength training workout will also improve your endurance, co-ordination and stamina. Boxing gloves and wraps provided.

Monday / 6.00pm – 6.45pm

  • What to expect

    Our classes are open to all ages and all fitness levels. You can choose to push yourself as hard as you want, or take it easy and have fun. Darren will always offer alternatives if you are unable to do any of the exercises, so you can get a great workout on your terms!

    The group is very friendly and supportive – so we hope you will feel welcome and keen to come back!

    We do have some families bring their children, if this is something you would like to do please let us know.
