Mums and Bubs Bootcamps & Boxing
Mums & Bubs Bootcamps and Boxing classes are baby and child-friendly! By bringing your bub to the class, you get the opportunity to exercise with your bub close by. During the Bootcamps we encourage interaction with your baby and offer a relaxed environment for you and them.
Mums love coming to these workouts and are supported by the other like-minded women who motivate and inspire each other to achieve their goals!
Our 45 minute Bootcamps and Boxing classes are a mix of cardio, body weight, strength and core exercises, helping you strengthen your abs & pelvic floor while building friendships and networks with other mums.

Our personal training sessions are tailored to suit your level of fitness and specific needs so that you can get the most out of your time! Either choose 1 on 1 training with a qualified and friendly personal trainer or get your friends/family together for a private training session.
